Once the sketch is approved, the remaining 50% payment must be completed before I continue.
After finishing the illustration, I will send you the high-resolution PNG file by email.

Depending on the complexity of the character(s) or background, the price of the commission may increase.

The commission may take 1–3 days up to a week depending on complexity and queue. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know beforehand.

Full refund if I have not started the commission.
Partial refund if the commission is cancelled during the sketch stage.
No refunds will be given once the sketch has been approved or the artwork is near completion.

You are purchasing a digital file only, not a printed artwork.
The final file will be delivered as PNG via email.
